Hermes approach to healthcare is focused on two areas, Startups and Real Estate. We work with startups to prepare them for investment from both a development and capital position. We work with Real Estate companies to restructure or refinance to provide additional liquidity as opposed to diluting their present capital structure.

We work with early-stage companies to clarify the business model and to develop the investment approach. Our approach to health technology is the application of organized knowledge and skills in the form of devices, medicines, vaccines, procedures and systems developed to solve a health problem and improve the quality of life.
Some of the areas we have worked are in:
- Wearables
- Diagnostics
- Software
- Technology
- Clinical

Investor interest has been so high that it has driven capitalization rates for MOBs down to an average of 7.3 percent across the U.S. This means investors are paying a premium for these acquisitions. Hospitals, which are increasingly eyeing their bottom lines, can capitalize on this opportunity and consider monetizing some of their real estate assets.
Hermes has extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry which allows it to provide creative capital solutions to our clients. The company also provides access to working capital in the areas of asset-based loans and/or accounts receivable purchase funding's with speed to market at competitive rates.
